A person has been booked for allegedly raping a 14-year-old lady earlier this month holding her captive for 3 days, police stated on Thursday.
“We’ve acquired a grievance of from relations of a 14-year-old lady who was allegedly stored forcibly at a spot for 3 days and raped by one Rishi Seth.
The incident occurred earlier this month,” Kotwali Police Station SHO Ajay Kumar Seth stated.
Seth was booked underneath a number of sections of the IPC and POCSO (Safety of Kids from Sexual Offences) Act on Wednesday.
“The sufferer was taken for a medical examination and we’ve shaped a crew to arrest the accused,” stated the SHO.
