Vande Bharat’s Window Cracks After Stones Thrown In Uttarakhand, 1 Arrested

Stones had been thrown at a Vande Bharat practice in Uttarakhand on Thursday, inflicting a crack in one of many home windows and sparking panic amongst passengers. A 22-year-old has been arrested.
