A person has lodged a criticism alleging three males raped his spouse and their 14-year-old daughter and likewise stole money and a cell phone from their house in Saifni, police stated on Monday. The police have solid doubts over the allegations however have registered a case and detained an individual.
Sanjay Kumar, a sub-inspector posted at Saifni police station, stated a gang-rape case has been registered in opposition to three males and an investigation launched.
On Sunday, a person lodged a criticism that his cell phone and Rs 5,000 had been stolen from his house. He returned to the police station a while later and alleged that alongside the money and the cellphone being stolen, his spouse and minor daughter had been gang-raped late on Saturday.
Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar Shukla stated the person first lodged a criticism of theft after which alleged that his spouse and minor daughter had been gang-raped.
“The incident appears to be a bit uncertain. We are going to confirm the incident and acquire proof. The mom and daughter have been despatched for medical examination,” he stated.
Citing the complainant, Mr Shukla stated the person knowledgeable the police that three thieves broke into their house, tied him up and took his cell phone and Rs 5,000. Based mostly on the criticism, the police registered a case and the matter was being investigated.
