A authorities instructor has been arrested in Rajasthan’s Tonk for allegedly molesting and displaying obscene movies to the women of sophistication 5, police stated on Monday.
The training division has suspended the accused instructor, they stated.
Laiq Ahmed Qureshi, a instructor working in Gopalpura village was produced in courtroom on Monday and has been despatched to judicial custody for 15 days, police stated.
Niwai police station in-charge Hariram Verma stated {that a} case was registered on Friday towards Qureshi by the households of two ladies learning in Class 5.
The incident occurred on September 10 when Qureshi allegedly molested the women and confirmed them obscene movies on his cell phone, Mr Verma stated.
They accused him of molestation and displaying obscene movies to the women on September 10, Mr Verma added.
He stated {that a} case was registered towards Qureshi underneath the Safety of Kids from Sexual Offences Act. He was arrested on Sunday. Additional investigation is underway.
