As many as 78 college students of a residential women faculty in Nizamabad district within the state took sick after having their meals and have been hospitalised, an official stated on Tuesday.
A number of college students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) in Bheemgal city of the district complained of vomiting and abdomen ache after having dinner on Monday, on account of suspected meals poisoning.
A complete of 78 college students have been admitted to hospitals in Bheemgal and Nizamabad, the official stated, including it to be a case of delicate meals poisoning.
