Officer Pumped Out Water For 3 Days After His Telephone Fell Into Reservoir

In a weird incident from Chhattisgarh, a authorities official has been suspended after allegedly getting 21 lakh litres of water drained from a reservoir to get well his costly cellphone that had fallen into it.
