A person right here has been booked for allegedly importing an image of mafia Dawood Ibrahim’s image on his social media profile, police stated on Friday.
Section-1 police station in-charge Amit Bhadana stated sub-inspector Rahul Pratap Singh obtained data that Junaid alias Rehan, a resident of Sector-9, has put a photograph of Ibrahim on his X account.
A case has been registered towards accused Junaid beneath part 196 (1) (B) (disturbing concord amongst communities) of the BNS and the matter is being investigated, he stated.
