Mumbai:

Followers have been expressing disappointment ever since they discovered about Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor’s absence from the third instalment of the favored comedy franchise Welcome. On Tuesday, Nana Patekar broke his silence on not doing Welcome 3 on the trailer launch of his movie ‘The Vaccine Conflict’ in Mumbai.

“I’m not part of it, possibly they suppose hum bahut puraane ho gaye hai (I’ve turn out to be outdated),” Nana Patekar mentioned when he requested why he isn’t part of Welcome 3.

Pointing at director Vivek Agnihotri, who shared the stage with the actor, he mentioned, “He does not suppose I’ve turn out to be so previous, so he forged me in his movie. It is that easy.”

With The Vaccine Conflict, Nana Patekar is returning to the massive display screen after 5 years after Kaala.

In The Vaccine Conflict, he essays the position of Balram Bhargava, former director basic of the Indian Council of Medical Analysis (ICMR), who was actively concerned in coping with the pandemic and was a part of the nation’s Covid working group.

The movie will hit the theatres on September 28.
