A person opened fireplace at Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) chief Sukhbir Singh Badal this morning whereas he was serving his penance on the entrance of the Golden Temple in Amritsar. The shooter was overpowered by folks current on the spot. Extra particulars on this are awaited.

Over the previous two days, Mr Badal has been sitting on the gate of Golden Temple with a spear in a single hand and wearing blue ‘sewadar’ uniform. The Akali Dal chief’s leg is in a forged and he’s in a wheelchair.
