“A person is seen carrying a lady in his arms. Once we spoke to him, we discovered that he visits the hospital thrice per week for dialysis remedy. These districts embrace – Lakhimpur Kheri, Gonda, Sitapur, Farukhabad, Bahraich, Barabanki, Budaun, Ballia, Azamgarh, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Prayagraj and GB Nagar moreover others.
