Attacker seen climbing onto Engineer Rashid’s automotive
Srinagar:
The marketing campaign automobile of Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid was attacked Sunday by an assailant who stomped on the bonnet and the entrance windshield, damaging the glass.
Sheikh Abdul Rashid (57), popularly generally known as Engineer Rashid, who was within the automotive when the incident occurred was unharmed.
The automotive was attacked within the Langate space of Kupwara district on the final day of electioneering in north Kashmir.
A video of the assault which appeared on social media confirmed a person climbing and stomping on the bonnet and the entrance windshield of the automobile.
Rashid’s Awami Ittehad Social gathering has not commented on the incident to this point.
In keeping with sources, the assailant is a former aide of the Member of Parliament and was instrumental in his Lok Sabha election marketing campaign in April-Could, however has fallen out with him since.
