The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) on Thursday launched its fourth record of candidates for the upcoming Jharkhand meeting elections, saying Ganesh Mahli as its nominee for Seraikela seat. Mahli defected from the BJP and joined the JMM on October 22.
