The Israeli navy stated that rockets fired from northern Gaza crossed into southern Israel on Sunday, a day forward of the primary anniversary of Hamas’s October 7 assault.
“A number of projectiles had been recognized crossing from the northern Gaza Strip into Israeli territory. One projectile was intercepted, and the remainder fell in open areas,” the navy stated in an announcement, with Israeli forces on alert for assaults forward of the grim anniversary of Palestinian militants’ unprecedented assault.
